Job summary

PPOAR, an international law firm in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, seeks an experienced Contract Attorney to draft and review contracts and related documents, ensuring compliance with local and international laws.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of practice in contract law, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English (Arabic preferred). You will conduct legal research, advise clients, and collaborate with a team on complex matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a practicing attorney.
• Expertise in contract law and negotiation.
• Knowledge of local and international laws.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• English fluency required; Arabic is preferred.

Responsibilities
