Job summary

Euro Staffs in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Business Architect to lead enterprise architecture activities on site. You will translate strategic objectives into capability roadmaps and architecture views, collaborating with business owners and analysts to ensure traceability and prioritization.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in business/enterprise architecture, a Bachelor’s degree, and TOGAF certification (preferred).

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or related fields.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
TOGAF certification is required or strongly preferred.
Credentials in Business Architecture (CBA), ArchiMate, BPMN, CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain business capability maps, value streams, service catalogues and architecture viewpoints.
Analyse objectives and stakeholder needs; translate into requirements and roadmaps.
Establish traceability between strategy, capabilities, services, processes, applications and initiatives.
Collaborate with owners and analysts to validate current and target state models, gaps, and priorities.
Support transformation decisions and impact assessments with architecture insights.
