Job summary

Swan Global is seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead and govern the design of large-scale IT architectures in Doha. You will craft and maintain architecture roadmaps, standards, and governance, while guiding cross-domain design across business, data, application, and technology layers.

The role requires strong TOGAF/Zachman/FEAF knowledge, cloud and integration experience, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in CS/IT or related field; Masters preferred.
• Proven Enterprise Architect or similar technical design role.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, FEAF).
• Strong background in solution design, cloud technologies, infrastructure, and integration.
• Knowledge of security frameworks, governance, and compliance standards.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives and modern technology stacks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and roadmaps.
• Provide technical design support across business, data, application, and technology domains.
• Align IT strategy with business objectives by ensuring architecture compliance and integration.
• Conduct assessments of current IT systems and propose improvements or redesigns.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption to meet business needs.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance considerations are embedded in solution designs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver high-quality designs.
• Support governance processes by ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and policies.
• Prepare technical documentation, design diagrams, and architecture reports.
• Provide guidance on system migration, integration, and deployment strategies.
