Job summary

Qatar Energy is seeking a senior Enterprise Architecture professional to develop and maintain enterprise architecture principles, models, and governance across the IT landscape in Qatar. You will lead ARB activities, manage the EA repository, and drive adoption of emerging technologies with business-aligned investments.

The role focuses on ensuring seamless integration of new solutions, coordinating stakeholders, and producing guidance to promote continuous learning and architectural excellence

Qualifications

• 9+ years in an enterprise IT environment with 4+ years in Enterprise Architecture practices.
• Experience in the energy industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture principles, models, standards, guidelines, procedures, and artifacts.
• Analyze standards and guidelines for systems design and integration for architecture assessments.
• Lead Architecture Review Board (ARB) operations and track decisions.
• Maintain architecture repository and artifacts across EA domains.
• Research emerging technologies and propose use cases for adoption.
• Identify business technology investments aligned with strategy.
• Ensure integration of new solutions via roadmaps and blueprints.
• Manage EA tool and align with changes in processes, data, apps, and technology.
• Lead communication to ensure stakeholders comply with architecture standards.
• Create guidance for IT staff to promote continuous learning and career development.
