Job summary

Primark in Qatar is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join the Store P&C team. You will handle day-to-day HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations, supporting a diverse colleague base.

Working with Store Management and the P&C Business Partner, you will ensure governance, training delivery, data integrity, and KPI reporting, while upholding our values and delivering a positive colleague experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a HR Administrator or similar role.
• Knowledge of local employment legislation and best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with persuasive communication.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Delivering day-to-day P&C administration in-store with high trust and confidentiality.
• Covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, talent and succession, employee relations, engagement and wellbeing.
• Maintain colleague records.
• Develop understanding of store performance and customer experience.
• Deliver against company expectations and policy, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Support delivery of core learning programs and mandatories.
• Report on activities and KPI tracking.
• Review administrative aspects of P&C in-store and recommend efficiency gains.
