Job summary

ABYAT in Doha is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead daily retail activities in a large-scale format, driving sales targets, KPI performance, and exceptional customer experience.

You will coordinate across departments, oversee inventory, merchandising, and store processes while developing teams to achieve high performance in a dynamic Middle East market. This is a full-time on-site role reporting to the regional operations lead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving KPI performance.
• Experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure smooth execution of all retail activities and drive sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, average basket size, and sales productivity.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and handle escalated customer concerns.
• Lead, coach, and develop store teams to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising standards and execute promotional campaigns effectively.
• Oversee inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product availability.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor store KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Manage store operating expenses and identify cost optimization opportunities.

This role is responsible for driving store profitability through strong leadership, commercial execution, and operational excellence. The Store Manager will ensure seamless coordination across departments while maintaining high standards in merchandising, inventory management, and overall store performance.

• Proven experience in store management or senior retail leadership roles.
• Strong track record in achieving sales targets and driving KPI performance.
• Experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on sales and customer experience.
• Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and store processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and operational data.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
