Job summary

QatarEnergy is seeking an experienced Offshore Drilling Supervisor to act as the company representative on an offshore jack-up drilling rig, overseeing all rig operations and ensuring safety, efficiency and alignment with operational objectives.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in drilling operations, including at least 5 years as a Supervisor; IWCF Supervisor certification and a B.Sc in Engineering are required, and experience in gas/workover operations on horizontal wells is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of drilling operations experience, including at least 5 years as Offshore Drilling Supervisor.
• Experience in workover operations for gas and horizontal wells is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound operational decisions through systematic analysis and attention to detail.
