InterContinental Hotels Group’s Doha Beach & Spa is seeking a Specialty Chef to lead the Peruvian restaurant operations, delivering on the brand's luxury standards.

You will ensure the concept is followed, develop authentic Latin American dishes, and maintain high guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-end setting on Doha's beachfront location.

Formación

• Similar experience in a luxury hotel/resort or restaurants.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day operation in the Peruvian specialty restaurant.
• Ensure the restaurant concept is followed at all times and that the food culture is in line with the restaurant and hotel standards.

Your Day to Day

As a Specialty Chef, you will be supporting the day to day operation in our Peruvian specialty restaurant whilst striving to achieve the highest possible level of guest satisfaction. You will ensure that the concept of the restaurant is followed at all times and that the food culture is in line with the restaurant and hotel standards.
