Job summary

InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa is seeking a Specialty Chef to lead the day-to-day operations in our Peruvian specialty restaurant. You will ensure the restaurant concept is followed and the food culture aligns with the hotel standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

In this luxury setting, you will craft authentic Latin American dishes, coordinate with kitchen teams, and maintain high standards of service, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment on site at Doha's premier

• Similar experience in a luxury hotel/resort or restaurants.
• Sound knowledge and experience in Latin American cuisine.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility in shifts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• As a Specialty Chef, you will be supporting the day to day operation in our Peruvian specialty restaurant whilst striving to achieve the highest possible level of guest satisfaction.
• You will ensure that the concept of the restaurant is followed at all times and that the food culture is in line with the restaurant and hotel standards.
