Job summary

InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa is seeking a Specialty Chef to support the daily operation of our Peruvian specialty restaurant. You will ensure the concept is consistently followed and the culinary standards align with the hotel’s luxury brand.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant, strong knowledge of Latin American cuisine, superb organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
