Role Summary

Spa Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional guest service from arrival to departure. The role ensures accurate handling of enquiries, reservations, scheduling, payments, and retail sales while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and a welcoming spa environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a warm welcome and maintain a friendly, professional atmosphere for all guests
• Respond to guest enquiries and provide detailed information on spa services, treatments, and products
• Promote and upsell spa services, activities, and retail products with full knowledge of pricing and offerings
• Manage reservations, appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, and cancellations accurately
• Handle guest check-in, check-out, and payment procedures in accordance with company policies
• Conduct retail sales and maintain accurate client profiles with confidentiality and discretion
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well presented at all times
• Maintain adequate stock of towels, reading materials, and promotional items
• Prepare daily operational reports including treatments, no-shows, and cancellations
• Communicate guest‑related issues to management promptly and professionally
• Support overall spa operations and provide clear shift handovers to colleagues

Candidate Requirements

• High school qualification with minimum 1 year of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with no prior experience
• Experience in luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality environments is preferred
• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and customer care
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient computer skills and ability to manage booking systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Calm, patient, and service-focused approach with strong teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage
