Job summary

Hot n cool in Doha is seeking a creative Social Media Coordinator to manage daily social profiles, plan content, write captions, and engage followers across platforms.

You will coordinate with designers and marketers to produce posts and campaigns that build brand awareness, using Canva, Meta Business Suite, CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite.

This in-person role requires strong organization and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong content-writing and creative-copywriting skills.
• Good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media accounts across platforms.
• Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
• Create, coordinate, and publish engaging posts, stories, reels, videos, and other content.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and animators.
• Write creative captions, promotional messages, and social media copy.
• Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and customer interactions.
• Track social media trends and campaign performance.
• Support planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
• Coordinate content for new product launches and events.
• Prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, and growth.
