Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Content Creator & Social Media Specialist in Doha to craft engaging social media content, manage daily activities, and collaborate across departments to ensure brand consistency. You will coordinate shoots, edit photos and videos, and develop influencer strategies while tracking performance.

The role requires strong English writing, storytelling, and familiarity with social platforms, analytics tools, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (business writing and speaking).
• Proven experience in social media content creation.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to create and edit visually engaging content (photo & video).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite).
• Experience with paid social media advertising.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines.
• Flexible with working hours, including availability for shoots, events, and other hotel activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, visually appealing, and on-brand content for all social media channels
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cohesive messaging and brand representation
• Manage daily social media activities, including scheduling, posting, and community engagement
• Coordinate photo and video shoot logistics with internal teams, models, and external agencies
• Edit and produce high-quality photo and video content for digital use
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies; build and maintain influencer relationships
• Maintain and regularly update the influencer database
• Write compelling and concise social media copy consistent with Radisson Blu’s tone of voice
• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns
• Track and analyze performance metrics; provide reports with data-driven recommendations
• Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices
