Job summary

HW3 is looking for a Site Support Engineer (DCS/SIS) to support DeltaV control and safety systems during FAT/SAT, commissioning, and start-up on a major QatarEnergy project.

You’ll be working on-site in Qatar, coordinating with construction, instrumentation, and operations teams to ensure a smooth handover and rigorous testing of systems prior to start-up.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with DeltaV (configuration, troubleshooting, commissioning).
• Strong background in control systems, instrumentation, and site acceptance testing.
• Prior site commissioning experience in oil & gas or similar process industries.

Responsibilities

• Test and verify DeltaV DCS and SIS functionality on site against design and customer standards.
• Execute FAT/SAT scripts, manage punch lists, and support integration with third‑party systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across controllers, I/O, networks, and operator stations.
• Work closely with construction, instrumentation and operations teams to ensure smooth handover.
