Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee civil construction projects, coordinating planning, design, estimation, scope definition, and quality standards on site. The role includes safety leadership and ensuring adherence to structural and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will inspect sites, supervise teams and subcontractors, and ensure proper execution of plans while managing budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Understanding of construction principles, techniques, and materials.
• Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Strong communication with teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• ERP knowledge, preferably SAP, for project data handling.

Responsibilities

• Inspect sites regularly to identify and mitigate safety hazards.
• Supervise construction team and subcontractors.
• Educate workers on safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Enforce safety rules to minimize incidents.
• Document attendance and evaluate performance of workers.
• Analyze blueprints to ensure design, safety, and budget alignment.
• Support HSE initiatives and incident reporting.
