Job summary

Hamilton Aquatics in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Site Leader to manage and deliver its Learn to Swim programme. If you are an ambitious swimming teacher ready to advance your career, this is an exciting opportunity to lead operations within a dynamic aquatic environment.

You will supervise a team of swim teachers, oversee lesson planning and delivery, monitor student progression, and ensure outstanding customer service while maintaining safety, child protection policies and compliance.

Qualifications

Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification is required.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching swimmers across various abilities.
Experience in administration, recruitment, and KPI monitoring.
Excellent communication across face-to-face, phone and email.
Experience in a curriculum-based environment.
Valid driving licence ( Qatar conversion may be required).

Responsibilities

Lead a team of swim teachers to ensure high-quality lessons.
Oversee lesson planning and delivery aligned with teaching philosophy.
Monitor progress and ensure students advance through the programme.
Manage day-to-day site operations and customer service.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
Maintain attendance, scheduling, and communications; ensure safety and compliance.
