You will develop flavor pairings, maintain exacting standards of taste and presentation, and collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mixologist or similar in fine-dining or luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of non-alcoholic beverage preparation and modern mixology techniques.
• Fluency in English preferred; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create non-alcoholic cocktails, mocktails, and signature beverages.
• Develop flavor combinations using premium ingredients.
• Design beverage pairings to complement the fine-dining menu.
• Maintain high standards of taste, presentation, and service.
• Prepare house-made syrups, infusions, garnishes, bitters, and other components.
• Provide knowledgeable and personalized recommendations to guests.
• Deliver polished, attentive, and professional service in a luxury dining environment.
• Maintain knowledge of ingredients, preparation techniques, glassware, and presentation.
• Ensure beverage station is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Monitor beverage inventory and communicate stock requirements to management.
• Contribute ideas for seasonal menus, events, and new beverage concepts.
• Work closely with culinary and service teams for a seamless guest experience.
