Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Bartender or Barista in hospitality.
• Luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mocktails, beverages, and presentation.
• Familiarity with bar equipment and inventory procedures.
• Basic food safety and hygiene knowledge.
• Good command of spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including mocktails, juices, coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Create signature beverages using fresh and locally inspired ingredients.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of menus, ingredients, and allergens.
• Provide personalized service and upsell accordingly.
• Ensure timely beverage service during operations, events, and functions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas; follow FIFO and inventory procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with requisitions, and minimize wastage.
• Support sales efforts through upselling and promotions; process orders through POS.
• Collaborate with Culinary and F&B teams for smooth operations and guest engagement.
