Job summary

Voltech HR Services Pvt Ltd is seeking an Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Siemens S7-1200/1500 PLC systems. The role involves designing programming, commissioning, debugging and maintaining industrial automation solutions.

You will work with HMI/SCADA interfaces and industrial networks to ensure reliable operation in field deployments. The ideal candidate should be proficient in TIA Portal, wincc/HMI, and have strong trouble-shooting skills across PROFINET, PROFIBUS, and Modbus

Qualifications

Experience with Siemens S7-1200/1500 PLC programming and commissioning.
Hands-on with HMI/SCADA integration and machine troubleshooting.
Knowledge of PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Modbus TCP and industrial networks.

Responsibilities

Develop program and troubleshoot Siemens S7-1200 and S7-1500 PLC applications using TIA Portal.
Design configure and commission automation systems for industrial processes and machinery.
Develop and modify HMI applications using Siemens WinCC.
Configure industrial communication networks such as PROFINET PROFIBUS Modbus TCP RTU and Ethernet IP where applicable.
Perform PLC I/O checks FAT SAT Site Acceptance Test and on-site commissioning.
Diagnose and resolve control system issues to minimize equipment downtime.
