Job summary
Voltech HR Services Pvt Ltd is seeking an Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Siemens S7-1200/1500 PLC systems. The role involves designing programming, commissioning, debugging and maintaining industrial automation solutions.
You will work with HMI/SCADA interfaces and industrial networks to ensure reliable operation in field deployments. The ideal candidate should be proficient in TIA Portal, wincc/HMI, and have strong trouble-shooting skills across PROFINET, PROFIBUS, and Modbus
Qualifications
- Experience with Siemens S7-1200/1500 PLC programming and commissioning.
- Hands-on with HMI/SCADA integration and machine troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Modbus TCP and industrial networks.
Responsibilities
- Develop program and troubleshoot Siemens S7-1200 and S7-1500 PLC applications using TIA Portal.
- Design configure and commission automation systems for industrial processes and machinery.
- Develop and modify HMI applications using Siemens WinCC.
- Configure industrial communication networks such as PROFINET PROFIBUS Modbus TCP RTU and Ethernet IP where applicable.
- Perform PLC I/O checks FAT SAT Site Acceptance Test and on-site commissioning.
- Diagnose and resolve control system issues to minimize equipment downtime.
- Immediate Joiners are preferable.
