Job summary
Swan Global is seeking a PCS7 Engineer to design, configure, test, and maintain Siemens PCS7 systems in oil & gas and industrial environments, ensuring high reliability and optimal performance.
You will lead design of control logic, HMI, and SCADA, perform integration, FAT/SAT, and site commissioning, and troubleshoot complex PCS7 issues while collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on PCS7 experience.
- Strong knowledge of automation systems, industrial networking, and process control.
- Familiarity with DCS, SCADA, PLCs, and integration with third-party systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and test Siemens PCS7 automation systems, including control logic, HMI, and SCADA.
- Perform system integration, FAT, SAT, and site commissioning activities.
- Troubleshoot PCS7 systems and provide solutions for technical issues.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to meet project milestones.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance of PCS7 systems.
- Prepare and update technical documentation, system manuals, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with Siemens and international standards for safety, quality, and performance.
