Job summary

Vodafone in Doha seeks an experienced Siebel Open UI specialist to design, implement, and lead Open UI projects across multiple releases. You will oversee development resources, manage PBIs, and ensure on-time delivery aligned with domain guidance.

The role requires 7–10 years in telecom product development, strong JavaScript API skills, and a Bachelor’s in IT or equivalent. You will work closely with Scrum Master and Product Manager for sprint planning and drive deployment readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent with software development experience.
Siebel Open UI Foundation Course is desirable.
Strong knowledge of Siebel Open UI UI architecture and manifest concepts.

Responsibilities

Assess, design, and implement Siebel Open UI-based solutions across releases.
Lead and manage development resources (Vodafone or third-party) in Agile projects.
Supervise PBIs and track progress within the team.
Coordinate Open UI impact assessments for business projects.
Ensure adherence to Siebel Open UI best practices and domain guidelines.
Prepare RFCs and Change requests for Service Management per SLA.
Collaborate with Scrum Master and Product Manager on sprint planning.
Train new team members on the technical framework and capabilities.
Support testing, deployment, and writing deployment guides.
Collaborate to implement capability enhancements and report risks to CRM Domain manager.
