Job summary

Creative Enterprises in Doha is seeking an experienced Offshore Shift Supervisor to supervise Panel Officers, Panel Operators and Field Staff. You will ensure safe and efficient production while coordinating with the Head of Section on offshore expansion start-ups and related facilities.

The role requires strong leadership and deep knowledge of production equipment and control systems, with preference for candidates having offshore project experience in expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership capabilities demonstrated in supervising teams.
• Operational knowledge of production equipment and control systems offshore.
• Experience with offshore or expansion projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift activities in allocated work area to achieve optimum production levels in a safe manner.
• Report to Head of Section.
• Direct reports: Panel Senior & Rover Operators.
• Oversee offshore start-up activities for Expansion/NIFE/NFS projects and related facilities.
• Adhere to established operating plans, programs and procedures for senior operator role offshore.

• - To Supervisor the operational shift activities in Expansion start-up NIFE NFS projects and associated facilities
• - Works according to the established operating plans programs and procedures for senior operator role for offshore
