Job summary

QatarEnergy is seeking a senior engineer to supervise, monitor and control process and utilities systems at our Production Station & Field, ensuring targets are met in coordination with trade engineers.

The role also involves acting as a permit controller to monitor and control work under the e-PTW system; a B.Sc. or HND in engineering is required, with offshore experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in oil and gas production processes.
• Experience with large oil and petrochemical operations, offshore preferred.

Job description

Primary Purpose of the Job

To supervise, monitor and control process and utilities operational systems to meet the corporation's oil and gas production targets in an efficient manner in liaison with other trade engineers on Production Station & Field. Also stand as a permit controller to monitor and control execution of work under e-PTW system.

Required Experience and Skills

At least seven (7) years oil and gas production process experience with a large oil and petrochemical organization, preferably with offshore experience.

Educational Qualifications

B.Sc. or HND in relevant engineering discipline.
