Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Business Design Specialist to design new products, services, and experiences using human-centered design. You will research customers, markets, and stakeholders, craft journeys and personas, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.

You will lead workshops, develop executive storytelling materials, and collaborate with strategists, designers, and technologists to drive innovation and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for the role.
• 3+ years of experience in business design, service design, strategy, innovation, or experience consulting.
• Understanding of Design Thinking methodologies.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conducting customer, market, and stakeholder research.
