Job summary

Four Seasons Doha is seeking a Barista to deliver expert coffee and pastry knowledge in a luxury setting. You will create and serve hot or cold beverages tailored to guest preferences, with strong attention to detail and guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring a degree in hotel and restaurant management, 2–4 years in restaurant and bar, and excellent English; Arabic is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for growth in a global luxury brand.

• Degree holder in hotel and restaurant management.
• 2–4 years of experience in restaurant and bar.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

About The Role

The Barista provide expert knowledge of coffees and pastries. They create and serve hot or cold beverages, often tailored to the guest's preferences. We are looking for a candidate who has can-do attitude and interpersonal skills, who has an eye for details and experience with similar Luxury setting.

What You Will Do

• Excellent listening and communication skills to effectively interact with coworkers and customers
• Basic coffee knowledge, such as how to prepare common coffee beverages, although advanced knowledge, such as roasting and grinding processes, coffee bean sourcing and flavor differences, can be helpful
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to interact in a positive manner and prevent or resolve conflicts
• Strong teamwork abilities to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with other Baristas
• Attention to detail to manage specific customer requests as well as a high-volume beverage assembly line with minimal errors
• Time management and organizational skills to work efficiently and effectively in a high-volume workplace

What You Bring

• Degree Holder, preferably in hotel and restaurant management
• 2-4 years of experience in Restaurant and Bar
• Excellent command of English, Arabic is an advantage
