Job summary

Lesha Bank is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead public equities and fixed income portfolios, driving investment research and portfolio decisions within delegated authority. The role requires strong market insight and performance monitoring within the Asset Management framework.

The SVP will coordinate with investment committees, manage risk controls, and deliver client-facing insights and portfolio reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline.
CFA charterholder or progress toward the designation preferred.
8–12 years of asset management experience with public equities and fixed income.
Experience supervising analysts or junior investment professionals is preferred.
Knowledge of GCC and international markets is an advantage.
Strong equity and fixed income research skills, including valuation and credit analysis.
Understanding portfolio construction, performance measurement, and investment risk.
Ability to turn research into clear, practical investment recommendations.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned public equities and fixed income portfolios per client mandates and investment guidelines.
Monitor holdings, market developments, and recommend purchases, sales, and rebalancing.
Assess portfolio exposure, liquidity, income, duration, credit quality, and concentration.
Track performance against objectives and benchmarks; investigate variances and adjust as needed.
Prepare portfolio reviews, performance commentary, and market updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
Present research and portfolio recommendations to Head of Asset Management and committees.
