Job summary

Lesha Bank is seeking a Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Analyst to bolster our infrastructure, cloud, and security operations. You will perform day-to-day administration across on-premise, hosted, and cloud environments, aligning with ITIL-like practices and the Cybersecurity Lead's direction.

The role demands 12+ years of experience in mission-critical environments, a bank/regulated setting, and strong Microsoft infrastructure, threat monitoring, incident response, and DR readiness.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of systems, network, and infrastructure administration experience.
• Experience within a bank, investment firm, or regulated financial services organization.
• Proven experience with enterprise Microsoft infrastructure and cloud/hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer on-premise, hosted, and cloud infrastructure across networks, servers, storage, virtualization, and end-user computing.
• Disaster recovery planning and DR testing.
• Oversee cybersecurity posture: threat monitoring, incident response, vulnerability remediation.
• Coordinate with SOC and manage security tooling (email security, endpoint protection).
• Implement data loss prevention and information protection controls.
