Job summary

Lesha Bank LLC in Doha, Qatar, invites applications for a Director of Private Wealth to lead capital raising and investment distribution across private capital, aviation, infrastructure, real estate and public equities.

You will cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family offices, manage fundraising pipelines, ensure regulatory and Shari’a compliance, and collaborate with investment teams to deliver suitable opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Typically 10–15 years of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, capital raising.
• Proven success in raising capital from high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
• Established investor relationships in Qatar and GCC.
• Knowledge of private and public market investments and due diligence.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Capital raising and business development: raise capital, meet fundraising targets and develop distribution plans.
• Investor relationship management: manage portfolios, communicate investment rationale and provide updates.
• Investment knowledge and collaboration: understand offerings and coordinate with investment teams.
• Risk management and conduct: ensure compliance with regulatory and Shari’a requirements.
