Job summary

Lesha Bank in Doha seeks a Vice President - Middle Office to provide strategic and operational oversight of finance, accounting, and administrative functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely settlements. You will lead NAV reviews, fund accounting under IFRS/GAAP, and coordinate with fund administrators and SPVs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• CPA/ACCA/CAIA certifications are highly regarded.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience with a Big 4 firm.
• Strong understanding of investment products including equities, fixed income, private equity, and derivatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance and accounting activities, including NAV review, financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Coordinate fund accounting per IFRS/GAAP and liaise with fund administrators.
• Manage receivables, payables, cash flows, and settlements.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.
