Job summary

Trifid Media Qatar seeks a Senior Videographer/Film Maker to lead end-to-end video production for digital and social campaigns in Doha. The role covers planning, storyboarding, camera work, lighting, location shoots, and post-production editing and motion design.

You will work closely with Social Media Managers, creators, and influencers, maintaining equipment and upholding high technical standards while mentoring juniors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of videography and editorial experience.
• Strong skills in planning, shooting, and coordinating end-to-end workflows.
• Proficiency with camera operation and lighting for on-site and studio shoots.
• Ability to direct talent and work with influencers to deliver engaging stories.
• Proficient in video editing software and basic post-production processes.
• Excellent visual judgement with a strong portfolio.

Role Description

The Senior Videographer/Film Maker is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, responsible for leading end-to-end video production for digital and social media campaigns. The role includes planning and storyboarding, operating cameras, setting up lighting, shooting video on location or in studio, and post-production editing and motion designing.

The Senior Videographer/Film Maker will work closely with Social Media Managers, Creators, Influencers, and internal teams to capture compelling visual narratives that align with brand goals and campaign objectives. This position also involves maintaining equipment, ensuring high technical standards, mentoring junior team members, and contributing creative input to concept development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Years of Videography and Editorial Experience


• Strong skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting, and coordinating end-to-end workflows.


• Proficiency in Camera Operation and handling different types of Camera equipment for professional shoots.


• Hands-on experience with Lighting techniques for studio and on-location Shooting Video in various environments.


• Ability to direct talent and work with influencers to achieve engaging visual storytelling.


• Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic post-production processes.


• Excellent visual and creative judgment, with a strong portfolio demonstrating previous film and video work.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.


• Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.


• Comfort working on-site in Doha and collaborating within a diverse, fast-paced creative team.


• Arabic and English Speaker ( Mandatory)
