Role Description

The Arabic Videographer and Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. This position is responsible for planning and shooting video content in Arabic that aligns with client brand objectives, including promotional, social media, and corporate materials.

Day-to-Day Tasks

Day-to-day tasks include operating cameras and lighting equipment, capturing high-quality footage, and editing videos to create polished, engaging stories. The role involves collaborating with the creative team to develop concepts, selecting and arranging shots, adding graphics or subtitles as needed, and ensuring all content meets quality and brand guidelines. The videographer and editor will also organize media files, maintain equipment, and contribute ideas to enhance visual storytelling and audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting, and post-production workflows
• Proficiency in Camera Operation and use of professional Camera equipment
• Knowledge of Lighting techniques and best practices for Shooting Video in various environments
• Experience editing Arabic video content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve, After effects or similar)
• Fluency in Arabic, with the ability to understand cultural nuances in visual storytelling; English language skills are an advantage
• Attention to detail, strong sense of composition, and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage deadlines
• Relevant education or training in film, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
