Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional video editing/post-production experience.
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating high-quality commercial, brand or corporate video work.
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Post-Production, Graphic Design or a related discipline is preferred.
• Fluent English required; Arabic would be advantageous.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Video Editor to join a leading organisation in Doha.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, cinematic video content across commercials, brand films, event content and corporate productions.

This role requires a strong combination of creative storytelling, advanced post-production expertise and hands-on experience using AI-powered video and image generation tools within professional production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead video edits from initial rough cut through to polished final delivery.
• Create high-quality, visually engaging content for commercials, brand films, events and corporate projects.
• Shape the pacing, rhythm, narrative and overall structure of video content.
• Work across multiple projects simultaneously while meeting demanding deadlines.
• Perform professional colour correction and grading.
• Integrate motion graphics, titles, transitions and compositing into edits.
• Use AI-powered tools to support editing, ideation, asset generation, enhancement, clean-up and delivery.
• Generate and incorporate AI-created video and image assets into professional productions.
• Stay up to date with emerging generative AI and post-production technologies.
• Identify opportunities to use AI to improve creative quality, efficiency and turnaround times.
• Maintain clean timelines, organised media libraries and efficient project workflows.
• Render and prepare video/audio content for different platforms and delivery formats.
• Collaborate closely with Directors, Producers and other creative stakeholders.
• Communicate creative ideas and present work to clients when required.
• Maintain consistently high creative and technical standards throughout the post-production process.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional video editing/post-production experience.
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating high-quality commercial, brand or corporate video work.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Strong storytelling ability with excellent editorial instincts and sense of rhythm.
• Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation platforms such as Higgsfield, Seedance or similar tools.
• Practical experience incorporating AI tools into day-to-day editing and post-production workflows.
• Strong understanding of complete professional post-production pipelines.
• Experience with colour grading using DaVinci Resolve and/or Lumetri.
• Exposure to Cinema 4D, Maya or 3ds Max would be advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Fluent English required; Arabic would be advantageous.
