Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor0s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 10 years of experience in construction supervision of utilities and infrastructure projects, including 7 years in a similar role.
• Experience supervising potable water networks, irrigation systems, sewer networks, and related utility works.
• MMUP/MME certification in Qatar.
• Familiarity with utility construction methodologies and QA/QC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day utilities construction activities and monitor compliance with drawings, specs, and contract requirements.
• Assist the Resident Engineer in management of potable water networks, irrigation, sewer systems, and related utility works.
• Coordinate with inspectors, contractors, utility agencies, and other discipline engineers to ensure project execution.
• Monitor safety, efficiency, and adherence to approved construction methodologies.
• Review progress, inspections, and site activities for compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and as-built documentation.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities as required.
