Job summary

Parsons in Qatar is seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer (Drainage) to supervise drainage construction works and coordinate with Resident Engineer to deliver the project safely and on schedule.

You will review drawings, manage stormwater and sewer infrastructure, monitor contractor performance, ensure QA/QC, and maintain accurate site records. A Civil Engineering degree, 10 years' experience, and MMUP/MME certification in Qatar are required. Fluency in English and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 10 years of construction supervision experience in drainage and infrastructure.
• MMUP/MME certification in Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day drainage construction activities and ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Assist Resident Engineer in managing stormwater drainage and pipelines.
• Monitor safety, quality, and adherence to construction methodologies.
• Coordinate with inspectors, contractors, and engineers to execute drainage works.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain site records.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
