Job summary

Gender is seeking a QA/UAT specialist to lead card product testing for issuance, processing, settlements, and disputes. You will validate end-to-end card flows across CMS and partner systems, log defects, and coordinate with analysts, developers and QA teams.

Qualifications

• UAT planning & execution for card issuance, processing, settlements, disputes and rewards.
• Proficient in English; Arabic advantageous.
• Domain knowledge of card lifecycle across Credit, Debit and Prepaid.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute UAT, translate requirements into test scenarios, data and cases for card issuance and related functions.
• Validate end-to-end card transaction flows across CMS, switching, scheme networks, and partner systems.
• Log, triage, and track defects to closure with regression testing after fixes.
• Coordinate stakeholders to keep test cycles moving and unblock issues quickly.
• Produce UAT execution reports and traceability matrices with formal sign-off before release.
