Job summary

Qatar Foundation is seeking an experienced Offensive Security professional to lead threat hunting, VAPT, and vulnerability management across IT, OT and ECS. You will implement threat intel practices, monitor IOCs, and drive continuous improvement in security controls. Strong reporting, collaboration with SOC, IT/OT teams, and external vendors is essential.

Based in Doha, on-site role with global impact. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in related fields, hands-on TH methodologies, and experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Offensive Security, Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, VM, or Red Team roles.
• Experience managing VAPT and remediation programs in large enterprises.
• Experience in IT, OT, and Cloud environments.
• Experience with external security vendors or MSSPs is desirable.
• Ability to produce clear executive reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute TH and pentesting quarterly to identify threats.
• Own a centralized security findings tracker and ensure timely closure.
• Lead annual VAPT across IT, OT, and ECS environments.
• Leverage Threat Intelligence platforms to protect Qatar Foundation’s assets.
• Review advisories and threat reports from internal/external sources.
• Ensure IOC monitoring and blocking across QF environments.
• Develop and maintain VM program with monthly remediation tracking.
• Produce actionable threat intel and hunting reports for SOC and leadership.
