Job summary

A leading energy company in Qatar is seeking a skilled Penetration Test Analyst to lead offensive security activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cyber security, particularly in threat hunting and penetration testing, and must hold relevant industry certifications. Responsibilities include managing the SOC red team functions and ensuring IT/OT security across the organization. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical experience in Information Security, System Administration, or Network Engineering, with at least 5 years in Information Security.
• Industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, GCIH, etc.) or equivalent are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead offensive red team activities on IT/OT environments.
• Conduct threat hunting and penetration testing.
• Oversee incident management program and coordinate SOC Red team functions.
