Job summary

Lanco Group is seeking a Technical Manager – Design for Doha, Qatar. The role requires leadership of the technical design team, oversight of architectural design from concept to construction documents, and ensuring design quality on large-scale projects.

Ideal candidates will have 10–15 years of relevant experience and familiarity with local standards and Ashghal or leading consultant environments. Immediate joiners with valid QID are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in architectural design and technical management.
• Proven experience in developing and presenting architectural designs from concept to completion — schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Strong experience in design evaluation, review, and quality control.
• Good experience in shop drawing development and checking.
• Experience in large-scale building projects.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a technical design team.
• Knowledge of Qatar construction standards and regulations preferred.
• Ashghal project experience preferred — or strong background with leading consultants.
• Immediate joiners with a valid QID only will be considered.
