Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete design process from concept through completion.

• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Lead BIM development and coordination across all disciplines.
• Review and approve shop drawings.
• Review and manage material submittals.
• Ensure design alignment with project requirements and local regulations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of total experience, including 8 years as a Design Manager.
• At least 5 years of BIM experience.
• Proven experience in Design & Build projects and building construction projects.
• Previous experience in Sports & Equestrian facilities is mandatory.
• Strong BIM management and coordination experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree or BIM certification is an added advantage.
• Must be locally available in Qatar.
