Job summary

Studio Échelle in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Fit-Out CAD Drafter for a hands-on drafting position. You will prepare complete technical drawing packages for interior design projects, focusing on tender and construction drawings.

This role requires advanced AutoCAD skills and strong joinery/construction detailing, with MEP coordination and collaboration with architects to ensure buildable, coordinated packages. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in Qatar.
• Minimum 6 years of interior fit-out drafting experience.
• Advanced AutoCAD skills.
• Strong joinery and construction detailing experience.
• Good understanding of MEP coordination.
• Experience in high-end residential, hospitality, F&B or commercial interiors.
• Fluent English; Filipino/Tagalog language proficiency is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete tender and construction drawing packages.
• Produce detailed plans, elevations, sections and construction details.
• Prepare joinery, millwork, ceiling, flooring, wall and bathroom details.
• Prepare lighting, power, plumbing and sanitary layouts.

• Ensure drawing packages are complete, coordinated and buildable.

This is a hands‑on drafting role, not a concept design, architecture, 3D visualization or project management position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete tender and construction drawing packages
• Produce detailed plans, elevations, sections and construction details
• Prepare joinery, millwork, ceiling, flooring, wall and bathroom details
• Prepare lighting, power, plumbing and sanitary layouts
• Coordinate drawings with architectural and MEP information
