malomatia is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with 8+ years of experience in Linux and Windows administration, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure management. The role oversees VMware, Nutanix, VxRail, Zabbix Monitoring, and Veeam Backup in a 24x7 SOC Fusion Center environment.

RHCE certification is mandatory, with DevOps experience a plus. The candidate will be responsible for security, disaster recovery, performance optimization, and troubleshooting mission-critical systems,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
RHCE certification is mandatory.
Desirable: DevOps experience.

Responsibilities

Install and configure Linux operating systems on servers/workstations and manage packages.
Configure Windows Server settings, groups, and GPOs.
Install, tune, and manage VMware virtualization (ESXi/vCenter) and Nutanix clusters.
Set up and manage Zabbix monitoring and Veeam backup, ensuring DR readiness.
Implement and maintain security policies, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and backups.
Troubleshoot outages and optimize performance of enterprise infrastructure.
Coordinate with network teams for connectivity and services (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Ensure 24x7 SOC Fusion Center readiness and incident response.
