Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to maintain and optimize Microsoft Windows Server environments, AD, DNS, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and SCCM, ensuring secure, scalable infrastructure.

You will manage VMware infrastructure (vSphere, vRealize, SRM, HCX, NSX), configure Infoblox DNS, and develop PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks while monitoring performance and reliability across all systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in systems administration and enterprise IT.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, DNS, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, SCCM, and PowerShell.
Strong experience with VMware technologies including vSphere, vRealize, SRM, HCX, and NSX.
Experience administering Infoblox DNS solutions.
Certifications from Microsoft, VMware, and ITIL are preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments, including AD, DNS, Exchange Online, M365, and SCCM.
Manage and support VMware infrastructure including vSphere, vRealize, SRM, HCX, and NSX.
Configure and monitor Infoblox DNS and related services.
Develop PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to improve efficiency.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability of Microsoft and VMware environments.
