Job summary

BAE Systems in Doha, Qatar, seeks a System Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of applications through comprehensive testing. You will design and execute test cases, perform end-to-end testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver stable, high-performing systems.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in system or software testing, strong SDLC/STLC understanding, and experience with SQL and API testing. Night and after-hours testing may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in system or software testing; strong SDLC/STLC knowledge.
• Experience with SQL and API testing concepts; familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail).

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end testing activities, including test planning, analysis, design, implementation, execution, and closure.
• Design and execute test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and sanity testing; validate data flows across components.
