Job summary
Doha Bank is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst within the Strategic Planning function to support strategy formulation, execution and corporate performance management. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across Finance and business units to enable strategic decisions and track performance indicators.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience, with strong banking/financial services background.
- Experience in banking strategy, strategic planning, change management and financial analysis.
- Good understanding of GCC banking markets and industry trends.
- Experience in FinTech, strategic partnerships or market expansion is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and industry trend analysis to support strategy formulation.
- Analyse macroeconomic indicators, competitor financials and banking trends in GCC.
- Collaborate with Finance to align budgets, projections and balance sheet targets with strategy.
- Support execution of strategic initiatives with project leads and sponsors.
- Develop dashboards and executive reports for performance monitoring and Board briefings.
