Zero One Solutions in Qatar seeks an experienced SQL Database Developer for a 7‑month extendable contract. You will architect, optimize, and maintain MS SQL Server databases, write complex T‑SQL, and lead ETL/data migration efforts to ensure high performance and data integrity.

The role requires 8–12 years in enterprise database development, strong T‑SQL skills, and collaboration with .NET teams. Immediate availability in Qatar is expected, with a competitive QR monthly salary.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 8–12 years of progressive professional experience in SQL database development and enterprise database administration.
• Strong, demonstrable hands‑on professional expertise with Microsoft SQL Server and advanced T‑SQL programming.
• Comprehensive working knowledge and practical proficiency in database design, indexing strategies, execution plans, and performance tuning.
• Deep practical experience managing data migration projects, ETL processes, and large‑scale dataset operations.
• Solid practical grasp of source control systems and structured development environments.
• Proven analytical problem‑solving, debugging, troubleshooting, and cross‑functional communication capabilities.
• Mandatory legal work authorization and immediate physical availability in Qatar.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, design, develop, test, and maintain robust Microsoft SQL Server relational databases and T‑SQL stored procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive database performance tuning, index optimization, execution plan analysis, and query latency reduction.
• Design and execute enterprise ETL processes, data migration workflows, and large dataset handling strategies.
• Build and maintain SSIS packages for data integration and SSRS reports for business intelligence consumption.
• Implement database version control, migration scripts, and structured release management workflows utilizing Git and Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate closely with .NET application development teams to integrate REST APIs and relational data backends.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and remediate complex database failures, transaction deadlocks, and data replication bottlenecks.
• Maintain comprehensive database documentation, schema diagrams, performance runbooks, and audit logs.
