Aljazeera is seeking a Commercial Sponsorship & Sales Manager in Doha, Qatar to lead sponsorship and sales strategies across media platforms. You will identify market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, negotiate sponsorship deals, and manage end-to-end activities while driving revenue growth.

Requires 15+ years in media commercial sales (linear and digital) and fluency in English; Arabic is required. Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in media commercial sales, sponsorship, business development, or revenue generation.
• Broadcast media experience is mandatory, in both Linear and Digital formats.
• Proven track record of commercial growth and strategic partnership management.
• Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue growth within Media channel and identify white space opportunities.
• Develop and implement commercial sponsorship and sales strategies aligned with revenue objectives.
• Identify and unlock new revenue streams across existing and emerging markets.
• Build and manage a healthy commercial pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure sponsorship agreements and strategic partnerships.
• Manage end-to-end sponsorship and sales activities.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Monitor commercial performance and prepare reports and forecasts.
