Job summary
DXC Technology in Doha is seeking an experienced Software Developer to design, build, and maintain software applications and integrations across business teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in CS and 5+ years in software development, familiar with APIs, databases, SDLC, and security practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development and application support.
- Experience with software applications, databases, APIs, and integrations.
- Experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Relevant programming, cloud, database, or vendor certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications and solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write, test, debug, and maintain application code.
- Develop APIs, integrations, and application services.
- Conduct unit and integration testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and technical issues.
- Support deployment and release activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
