Job summary

Qatar Duty Free invites applications for a Senior Sales Assistant (Cigar Room) to join its luxury retail team at Hamad International Airport. You will drive sales in high-end categories, maintain stock and merchandising, and ensure top-tier customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Qualification with minimum 2 years of relevant job experience
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to selling

• Effective English communication – both written and oral
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Brand specific sales training, merchandising and product knowledge training on an ongoing and continuous basis
• High level of integrity

• Ensure that any customer complaints or problems are dealt with properly and professionally, as they arise.
• Maximise sales at every available opportunity to generate revenue including add on sales, upselling or substitute selling.

As a Senior Sales Assistant (Cigar Room) within Qatar Duty Free (QDF), you have responsibility for driving the sales of specialised high-end categories, by ensuring stock availability and merchandising to the required standards, that will maximise sales at every available opportunity whilst ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service. The role is a specialist sales position that requires advanced skills and knowledge to build relationships with customers in order to sell these categories.
