AECOM in Doha, Qatar is looking for an experienced Resident Engineer to supervise civil and structural construction on large international airport projects. You will ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements and contractual obligations on-site.

The role demands 15+ years in major projects, with 10+ years on international airports, strong leadership, and coordination across disciplines. Prior cargo facility exposure is preferred. Work is on-site.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Construction Engineering.
• Membership of the Association for Project Management (APM) or another recognized project management institution.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience on large or complex building construction projects; 10+ years on major international airport projects.

Responsabilidades

• Provide site-based supervision and engineering oversight of civil and structural construction works.
• Monitor compliance with drawings, specs, and standards; ensure quality and safety.
• Coordinate with client, contractors, consultants, and airport authorities on interfaces and issues.
• Review contractor submissions and method statements; identify design discrepancies and interface conflicts.
• Support project reporting, risk management, and handover activities.
